“Update: 10-23-2025: you know My Doctor made me go somewhere else and I’m sorry nobody’s as good as Enrique if you’re gonna go anywhere for your respiratory needs this is the only place you go. The man is a living expert and can help you with just about anything, he can eyeball it and he’ll make sure your machine is not tuned right but it’s clean right listen to everything he’s got to say don’t go anywhere else you’re wasting your time. This is the one stop shop. They’ve got all sorts of things to help people with special needs, but I come here because I have respiratory issues and he has fixed my machine so well I literally I’ve seen my health improve head over heels within weeks. I will always recommend this business. You don’t find people that are this emotionally attached to expertise if you want emotional and expertise combined get Enrique. They’re open weekly until 5 PM. I highly urge you to stop by. Enrique makes the health world turn! I have a CPAP machine and I was lucky enough to find someone who not only could help me find the parts, but understood my health plan enough to give me the advice I needed to get it fixed. During such a difficult time devices such as this can apparently make the difference for many, if you have any sort of impairment for mobility this is the place to go to they have wheelchairs walking assistance and all sorts of wonderful things to improve mobility for seniors, and those with other challenges. The store had many things in inventory but another thing that they had were masks and gloves. I found the masks reasonably priced for $2.00 Anybody curious about respiratory aids, mobility enhancing devices, and general health improvement needs to come to the store. they have all sorts of wonderful devices for men and women facing challenges from aging, and debilitating conditions. The customer service was fantastic despite the challenges in this most difficult time. Well done Enrique!!”

“The worst customer service by a professional business I have experienced! From the manager Gwen, 2 customer service. If you contact this company and you don't receive a satisfactory result quickly I recommend canceling and going somewhere else you will save a lot of time. Remember this is for your health and well-being. I've waited 2 months for a device and all I received on my inquiry calls were apologies and "we're going to get to the bottom of it." Unfortunately, I could not give this star rating a zero. If you decide to go with them GOOD LUCK BTW, please don't believe the 5 🌟 posts! They are probably phony! Read the 1 🌟 posts. “I have been waiting weeks for my CPAP Machine and every time I try to get into contact with them the phone call never goes threw and the one time I ever got a hold of them they said the haven’t received my prescription and they where going to follow up with my dr and then get back to me safe to say I’m still waiting”
